Well after much reading and all else I tried and don't feel anything.i go right to bed don't feel anything,so I upped my dose to a full teaspoon of both at the same time and put at least 1/2gram under my tounge.and wait love the taste.but still nithing.1 week in and my bottles are half gone.my powder is almost gone.so I don't no what to say.love the website though.i don't want to give 2stars but I have to put somthing.i think I got some batch Wi-Fi hit it or somthing.
